Aeration & Seeding

Why Aerate & Seed
your Lawn?

Aeration is a process that mechanically removes plugs of soil and leaves them on the top. These cores will break down in about two weeks, but during that process your lawn will now be relieved of compactions, oxygen will let the roots breathe, water and nutrients will be able to reach deeper levels. This is also the best time to introduce newer varieties of seeds that are proven to have higher resistance to disease, drought and pest damage.
